PT Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali or commonly abbreviated as PJB, is a subsidiary of PLN which is engaged in power generation. PT PJB was founded in 1995. PT PJB has implemented international standards for good Asset Management, this has been proven by the implementation of ISO 55000 at PT PJB which can reduce costs, improve performance, and reduce existing risks. In this research, the researcher wants to see the variables in the anatomy of the asset management group that have a positive influence on the implementation of asset management practices at PT. PJB. In this research, there are 9 steps from the beginning to end until this research is finished. Below are the research steps: start, problem identification,study of literature, data collection, data processing, data analysisi and discussion, conlusion and finish. The result of the research is Leadership management, Organizational structure, Competence management have a positive and insignificant impact towards organizational culture. Meanwhile Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence towards high performance work practice on the implementation of asset management in PT PJB, but Human resource competence has a positive but insignificant influence towards high performance work practice on the implementation of asset management in PT PJB.
