Abstrakt: In modern Ukrainian society, the assumption is made to fully realize human and children's rights. Among the rights of children, the author pays special attention to their right to education and presents the ways of its implementation in everyday educational practice. Caring for the right to education is part of the all-Ukrainian trend of shaping the civil society, which also includes developing legal awareness, starting with school-age children, moreover, more and more entities join the educational process, apart from teachers and students, parents, volunteers and representatives of state institutions and non-governmental organizations, join the educational process, which makes the school an environment that is more and more open to the needs of participants in the educational process involves not only the cognitive but also the emotional sphere.
