The economic development of the country is not possible without scientific and technical achievements, or technological innovations, the emergence of which can quickly and radically change the existing structure of the economy, give it a new push for development. Our ideas about innovative processes and their impact on the economy are still insufficient, and the problems of evaluation of both the level of innovation of the industry and the efficiency of technological innovations remain relevant for both scientific search and practical use. The structural policy of the state should take into account the influence of the innovation factor and the possibility of the innovations in overcoming structural disparities; A structural strategy should be developed from the standpoint of society's requirements for the economy of the future, as well as a vision of the role and place of Ukraine in the world economic system. These issues are extremely acute for Ukraine in 2014, so the formation of industrial development potential in the context of priorities of regional policy of Ukraine's restoration is of particular importance. One of the key organizational and economic measures of reform should be the post-war modernization of the industrial complex of Ukraine, which will ensure the competitiveness of domestic products in the domestic and foreign markets; Such steps will allow in the future to overcome the consequences of military destruction, to promote structural and technological restructuring of the national economy, to ensure its development in the process of restoration and formation of regional policy. The purpose of the article is to analyze the fundamental and applied aspects of the processes of transformation of industrial development potential in the context of the priorities of industrial policy of Ukraine's restoration. Objectives of the study: 1) to analyze the prerequisites and consequences of the economic decline of development potential in industry; 2) determine the priorities of the state policy of development of the industry of Ukraine; 3) outline the conceptual provisions of the development of strategic industries in the direction of formation of industrial policy; 4) analyze problems and identify industrial development prospects. Managers can build new conceptual approaches to the processes of transformation of the potential of development of industrial enterprises of strategic industries in the direction of Ukraine's restoration. The management and administration of these processes provides the possibility of forming priorities of regional policy, which is especially relevant for the regions of Ukraine, which, as the Zaporizhzhia region, were significantly affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. This topic creates an opportunity for the development of interdisciplinary research that combine scientific areas such as finances, economics, marketing, management, public administration, philosophy and creates a theoretical basis for solving global problems of transformation of the world's economy.
