Abstrakt: |
Cetoniinae are the members of scarab beetles commonly known as flower scarabs, fruit, chafers, and beetle. The present study was conducted from 2021 to 2023 in different ecological zones of Sindh-Pakistan. A total of 77 specimens were collected and sorted out into family Scarabaeidae, subfamily Cetoniinae with 02 genera i-e: Clinteria (Burmeister, 1842) and Protaetia (Burmeister, 1842) and with 02 species i-e: Clinteria klugi (Hope, 1831) and Protaetia aurichalcea (Fabricius, 1775) respectively. Besides this, species description, geographical maps, ecological data, and digital images of studied species are illustrated in the present paper. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
