Abstrakt: This article discusses a modification of the surgical technique for repairing large nasal septal perforations (SPs) using a vascularized flap supplied with branches of the posterior septal artery (PSA). The authors describe the surgical procedure in detail, including the preparation and positioning of the flap. They also present the results of their study, which showed high effectiveness in achieving complete closure of SPs and reducing symptoms. The technique has some limitations, but overall, the PSA flap has proven to be a convenient and effective option for repairing large SPs. [Extracted from the article]
