To achieve the goal of safe and lightweight structure of the static pile driver fixture, taking the 550-fixture structure of square pile as an example, the parametric model of the fixture is statically analyzed by using Ansys Workbench, and it is found that there is a large redundancy in its structure. Through sensitivity analysis, design variables affecting the fixture mass and stress are identified, minimizing the fixture mass and maximizing the component stress are taken as the objective function, the response surface optimization model of the objective function is established by Genetic Aggregation, the best optimization result is obtained by using multi-objective genetic algorithm(MOGA), and finally, the safety and reliability of the optimization result are verified through six sigma reliability analysis. The results show that the optimization result is reliable, and the mass of the optimized fixture is reduced by 9.28%, which achieves the goal of structural safety and lightweighting.
