Abstrakt:	A study conducted at Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata, India compared two different immobilization techniques for pelvic malignancies during radiation treatment. The researchers found that the mean setup errors were not significantly different between the two techniques, suggesting that an ankle fixator or similar lower leg immobilization technique could be used as an alternative to a thermoplastic mask without compromising treatment accuracy.
