Abstrakt: | Researchers from Wasit University conducted a study to evaluate the gene expression of long non-coding RNA (IncRNA) and the 5-Hydroxytriptamine 3A Receptor (5-HT3A) in bronchial asthma. The study compared 100 individuals with bronchial asthma to 30 healthy individuals of the same age range. The results showed a significant correlation between high gene expression of IncRNA and 5-HT3A and bronchial asthma, particularly in females and patients with a family history of asthma. The researchers concluded that IncRNA and 5-HT3A play a significant role in the development of bronchial asthma in the studied population. [Extracted from the article] |
