Abstrakt: A recent study conducted in Mali, a country in sub-Saharan Africa, found that headache disorders are very common and have a significant impact on health and productivity. The study used a nationally representative sample and found that the one-year prevalence of any headache was 90.9%. The study also revealed that almost a quarter of Mali's adult population is in need of headache care. This research highlights the burden of headache in low-income countries and the potential economic consequences of lost productivity. [Extracted from the article]
