Abstrakt: This study examines the relationship between workplace spirituality, spiritual survival, and innovative work behavior among healthcare professionals. Using a quantitative research design and a sample of 381 healthcare professionals selected through random sampling, the study found a positive relationship between workplace spirituality and spiritual survival, and between spiritual survival and innovative work behavior. The study also discovered that spiritual survival acts as a mediating factor in the relationship between workplace spirituality and innovative work behavior. The study emphasizes the importance of promoting a spiritually supportive work environment in healthcare organizations, particularly considering the stressful nature of healthcare work that can lead to burnout and stress. By supporting the spiritual growth and well-being of healthcare professionals, organizations can improve staff engagement and satisfaction, and ultimately enhance the quality of care provided to patients. The findings of this study have significant implications for healthcare organizations and professionals, and underscore the need for further research in this area. The study serves as a foundation for future research and provides valuable insights for healthcare organizations seeking to create a supportive work environment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
