Abstrakt: Adulteration of foodstuffs refers to the practice of deceiving customers for financial benefit. Along with the deterioration in food quality and nutritional value, it has been a major reason for concern because to the danger it presents to public health. A food hoax has been vexed the food business and the public alike for the better part of a century. Verifying the authenticity of food products and identifying fillers in various Food must be considered in order to protect customers from deceitful businesses. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a state-of-the-art method in the field of food science and technology. In this study, we use a laser to identify when fruit is about to ripen, a process that may be harmful to humans. Plus, we're using Arduino software to investigate the frequency range. The term "adulteration" refers to the practice of reducing food's nutritional value by contaminating it with potentially dangerous substances. The sophistication of food adulterants is making it harder and harder for consumers to detect them. Any step of the manufacturing process, including storage, transportation, and final delivery, is susceptible to this. As it is, methods for detecting adulteration are rather costly, rely on expensive laboratory equipment, and are not portable enough for use in real-time testing. Consequently, this study suggests building a portable, low-cost IoT sensor for real-time food adulteration detection to solve the previously described problem. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
