A recent ceremony held by the office of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei provided insight into the hierarchy of the Iraqi "resistance." The seating arrangements at the event indicated that political players were given priority, while militia fighters and propagandists were placed in a secondary tier. The presence of certain individuals, such as Qais al-Khazali and Judge Faeq Zaidan, next to the Supreme Leader suggests their influential status in Baghdad. Other Iraqi figures were seated in a VIP section, including Akram al-Kaabi and Abdal-Aziz al-Mohammadawi, indicating their importance in Iran's threat network in Iraq. [Extracted from the article] |
