Researchers at the Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute in western India have conducted a study on triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). They used microarray analysis to identify differentially expressed microRNAs (miRNAs) in tumor tissues of TNBC patients. The study found that upregulation of miR-4532 and downregulation of miR-4459 may have the potential to be used as diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for TNBC. These findings contribute to the understanding of TNBC and may have implications for future treatment strategies. [Extracted from the article] |
