It introduces the "Intention, Attention, Attitude" (IAA) model of mindfulness, which consists of three core elements: intention, attention, and attitude. The importance of insight practice in developing wisdom and liberating oneself from suffering is also discussed. The article highlights the significance of ethics in mindfulness practice, arguing that mindfulness should be grounded in ethical principles and that communities of practice can provide support in applying ethical insight in everyday life.
