Abstrakt:	The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation in Oman has signed agreements with private higher education institutions to provide 742 free scholarships for the academic year 2023/2024. The scholarships are valued at RO 9.104 million and aim to support the objectives of Oman Vision 2040. The seminar organized by the Ministry highlighted the role of private institutions in serving the local community and adapting to international developments and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The scholarships will be offered through the Higher Education Admission Centre, and the seminar also discussed the community service experiences of various private institutions.
