Abstrakt:	This correction notice addresses missing citations and text corrections in the original publication titled "Genetic Architecture and Signatures of Selection in the Caqueteño Creole (Colombian Native Cattle)." The missing citation has been inserted in the introduction and materials and methods sections, and references in the original article have been rearranged. The correction also includes adjustments to sentences describing the existing literature on cattle genetics, specifically regarding the use of the Fst fixation index and integrated haplotype scoring (iHS) methodology.
