| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the case of an unresponsive patient with wide QRS complex rhythm on a 12-lead electrocardiogram. Topics discussed include the patient's history of myocardial infarction with coronary artery bypass graft surgery and an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD), the ICD as the potential cause of the patient's unresponsive episode, and the management of the patient which includes undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention. |
