Abstrakt: | A study conducted by researchers at Nanjing Agricultural University in China has found that Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus Fmb14 may have a positive effect on liver dysfunction caused by hyperuricemia. The study investigated the impact of L. rhamnosus Fmb14 on liver cells in vitro and in mice models. The researchers found that L. rhamnosus Fmb14 reduced cell death and improved liver function by inhibiting the NLRP3 inflammasome cascade. These findings suggest that L. rhamnosus Fmb14 could be a potential resource for maintaining liver homeostasis and preventing complications associated with hyperuricemia.
