Abstrakt: A clinical trial, NCT06461845, is currently recruiting participants to investigate the effects of whole body vibration (WBV) therapy on children with cerebral palsy (CP). CP is a neurological disorder that affects motor, sensory, and cognitive functions. The study aims to determine if WBV can improve trunk control, motor function, and lower limb control in CP children. The trial will include 38 patients aged 6 to 12 years old, and data will be collected from the Rising Sun Institute in Pakistan. The study will compare the effects of WBV with conventional therapy to conventional therapy alone. The study is expected to be completed by August 2024. [Extracted from the article]
