Abstrakt: |
A study conducted by researchers at Trinity College Dublin focused on hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer, also known as Lynch syndrome. The study aimed to identify modifiable risk factors for cancer in individuals with Lynch syndrome and compare them to international guidelines for cancer prevention. The researchers collected data through a survey and found that adherence to lifestyle recommendations for cancer prevention was generally low among participants. The study suggests that behavioral modification could be an impactful approach to cancer prevention in individuals with Lynch syndrome. [Extracted from the article] |
