ASA has decided to reinvent the ASA September Conference, traditionally taking place after the ASA General Meeting. The guiding principle of this new format is developing arbitration together through a workshop-style event that fosters interactive discussions on a topical issue and results in a digestible and tangible output. At the first ASA Town Hall on 29 September 2023 in Bern, the ASA Community discussed various aspects related to conflicts of interest and disclosure. Six roundtables dealt with the arbitrators' disclosure duties, issue conflicts, third party-funding, social media and regulation. The community's collaborative efforts led to this short report.
