TUD-DNS3型烟气脱硝助剂在重油催化裂化装置的 工业应用.

HCOOH + NH3 HCN + H20 --> NH3 + CO 2NH3 > N2 +3H2 者相差不大, 表现为助剂加注前后油浆固含量基本不变。在外排烟气质量浓度基本不变的情况下, 脱硫脱硝 耗碱量约下降2 t/d,气体产品中硫化氢含量上升, 说明TUD-DNS3具有一定硫转移效果。TUD-DNS3加注后再生烟 气中C0/C02体积比由0.367降至0. 238 ,再生侧取热负荷增加, 外取热器产汽量增加约17 Uh,在余热锅炉炉膛溫 度维持稳定的情况下, 余热锅炉消耗燃料气量有所上升. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] -->
