| Abstrakt: |
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of recommended LC50 concentration of three commercial bio insecticides; (Protecto® (Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki), Viruset® (Spodoptera littoralis NPV), Profect® (Btk & SpliNPV) on fat body and internal organs of the spodoptera littoralis larva treated with these bio insecticides. The treated larvae were dissected and examined under the converted microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results showed that the three compounds have significant effect on fat bodies and internal organs of larva. The greatest effect was observed by the profect compound followed by protecto and viruset. The combination of bacteria and virus increased the amount of fat body compared with suing virus and bacteria individually. Thus, our findings indicated that the combination of bacteria and virus increased the efficiency of each other. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
