Zeeman Measurement of Quantum Wire Array in High Magnetic Field Exhibiting Abrupt Change at Elliptical Landau Orbit Formation.

Abstrakt: The anomalous change in the Zeeman separation obtained from the ground state excitonic recombination in GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wire array is reported. At the applied magnetic field, where the magnetic length is comparable with the quantum wire width, an abrupt change in g-value is observed. Also observed is the oscillatory field dependence at high field region. The measurement is performed in polarization dependent magneto-luminescence at the field region of 0∼32 T in LHe temperature. © 2005 American Institute of Physics [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
