Abstrakt: This article discusses the issue of aggressive behavior in individuals with severe mental illnesses (SMIs) and explores the factors that contribute to this behavior. The authors present a case series of four individuals with different mental illnesses and analyze the personal, familial, social, and cultural factors that influence their aggression. They propose a "Person-in-Situation framework" that takes into account these various factors and suggests personalized multidimensional interventions to address aggressive behavior in individuals with SMI. The article emphasizes the importance of understanding the context and underlying causes of aggression in order to develop effective strategies for intervention and prevention.
