In this paper we deduced Turán-type inequalities for nthderivative of k-gamma function, k-gauss hypergeometric functions, kconfluent hypergeometric functions, and k-Appell series F1,k by using different generalizations of Cauchy-Bunyakovsky-Schwarz inequalities with parameter k > 0.
