A recent report from the Federal University of Ouro Preto explores the use of gameful strategies in the education of autistic children. The researchers conducted a systematic literature review and scientometric analysis to understand the design and implementation of gameful approaches for teaching children with autism. The findings indicate that 2D games designed for personal computers are commonly used, with a focus on natural, home, and urban settings.
