Abstrakt: A new study conducted by the National Research Centre for the Working Environment in Copenhagen, Denmark, has found that both high and low levels of occupational physical activity are associated with back pain. The study aimed to identify the "sweet-spot" and "sour-spot" of occupational physical activity for back pain. The "sweet-spot" was found to involve more sitting and light physical activity, while the "sour-spot" involved more standing and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity. The researchers concluded that further research is needed on the optimal level of occupational physical activity to prevent back pain. [Extracted from the article]
