The 10-year program, called Growing Up Together in Society (GUTS), focuses on self-regulation as a key factor in navigating the demands of contemporary society. The study utilizes various measures, including socio-economic, questionnaire, behavioral, brain imaging, hormonal, and genetic measures, in four large cohorts. The research emphasizes citizen science and youth participation in study design and interpretation of results to ensure optimal translation to youth in society. [Extracted from the article] |
