This article discusses the use of high-resolution CT imaging to detect and monitor arterial calcification in patients with CD73 deficiency, a rare autosomal recessive disease. The study focuses on two patients and shows the progression of the disease over a 2-year and 3-year time period. The images obtained through the CT scan provide detailed information about the location and extent of calcification in the lower extremities and hands. The findings of this study are supported by previous reports, and the authors suggest that CT imaging can be a valuable tool for monitoring and treating patients with CD73 deficiency.
