| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses domestic and foreign experience in improving the energy efficiency of buildings and ways to improve them. The indicators of a number of foreign countries in terms of specific energy consumption indicators are compared. The main reasons for the increased specific consumption of energy resources during the construction and operation of construction complex facilities are given. The typical structure of thermal energy losses in a building (numerator) is analyzed, and the energy saving potential (denominator) is determined using the example of external walls, windows, ventilation, roof, floor, pipeline, fittings. Regulatory documents for the construction of buildings and ways to increase the energy efficiency of buildings not only during construction and during operation are considered.
