Abstrakt:	This article discusses two cases of Darier disease, a chronic skin condition characterized by keratotic papules and other symptoms. The patients had previously tried various treatments with limited success. However, they showed significant improvement after being treated with apremilast, a medication approved for other skin conditions. The authors suggest that apremilast may help control inflammation and regulate calcium levels in Darier disease. Further studies are needed to confirm the efficacy of apremilast for this condition.
