Abstrakt: The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum (LP), cellulase (CE) and their mixture on the quality of alfalfa silage. In the experiment, LP and CE dosage were set at four levels, which were 0, 3, 5, 7 mg/kg for LP and 0, 25, 50, 75 mg/kg for CE, respectively. There were 16 treatments in total, and each treatment had three replicates. After 60 days of silage, the nutritional quality and fermentation index of alfalfa silage were measured, and the nutritional quality and fermentation index of alfalfa silage were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method. The results showed that the soluble carbohydrate (WSC) content of CE75 treatment was significantly higher than that of CE0 treatment (P<0.05). The content of acid detergent fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) in alfalfa silage decreased with the increase of CE addition at different levels of LP addition (P<0.05). Under different levels of CE, the pH value of LP5 treatment was significantly lower than that of LP0 and LP7 treatment (P<0.05). The results of membership function value showed that the highest membership function value of LP5 + CE75 treatment group was 0.729. The study indicates that adding LP and CE to alfalfa silage has positive effects on fermentation quality and nutritional components, and adding 5 mg/kg LP and 75 mg/kg CE to alfalfa silage has the best effect.
