A study conducted in the Region of Southern Denmark explores the integration of a web-based electronic database technology with electronic health records for refugees with PTSD. The study focuses on training clinicians to effectively utilize this technology and emphasizes the inclusion of patient perspectives in clinical decision-making. The research found that while clinicians had some hesitations towards the new technology, they also recognized its potential in patient care. The successful integration of technology in clinical settings depends on aligning it with clinicians' workflows, respecting their professional judgment, and demonstrating clear benefits to patient care.
