Abstrakt: |
A study conducted by Sichuan University in Chengdu, China, examined the safety and efficacy of diclofenac sodium suppository as an adjunctive treatment for cancer pain. The study enrolled patients with solid tumors who experienced sustained cancer pain and required additional analgesic medication. The results showed that diclofenac sodium suppository effectively reduced breakthrough pain and was well-tolerated by patients. This study suggests that diclofenac sodium suppository could be a viable treatment option for managing cancer pain in patients who need additional analgesic therapy. [Extracted from the article] |
