Economy is one of the main dimensions of powers and governments. The effective and significant role of cryptocurrencies and the tremendous effects of this type of money on relations between governments, which can sometimes have tremendous effects on the economic artery of countries, can be the source of scenarios on these relations. Therefore, this research seeks to draw scenarios for governments with the introduction of cryptocurrencies into their financial and monetary flows. The research is of an applied type and in terms of its nature and method, it is an exploratory description based on a qualitative approach and aims to collect data in order to conceptualize and provide prescriptive analysis. The statistical population considered for the research is 20 university professors, managers and experts of the ministries of communication and information technology, economy and finance, and planning and budgeting and information technology organizations of the country. The method of collecting information was library studies and using the future research method of expert panels. In order to write scenarios, the GBN scenario method was used. Using this scenario writing method, 12 actors, 54 drivers and four uncertainties were identified, and 16 scenarios were extracted from the interaction of uncertainties, and 5 plausible scenarios were drawn with the opinion of experts. The drawn scenarios were named "Financial Integration", "Economic Decline", "Emerging Market", "Innovative Strategy" and "Digital Intermediary Economy", which can be a basis for predicting the consequences of governments' economic policies.
