Magnetic abrasive finishing" (MAF) as considered of the unconventional finishing methods, which controlled by a magnetic force and improved the level of surface layer quality. This search deals with discussion the i influence of the magnetic abrasive finishing mechanism system on the surface roughness finish (Ra) in conditions of six input technology variables, with three levels according to design of experiment (DOE) Taguchi array L27 and by using the regression mathematical mode. These variables are the (Grain Size Powder, Gap between poles. Doze of the powder, Specimen work piece speed, Finishing time, and DC current). This study includes modify of (MAF)process machine, manufacturing magnetic body poles, and prepare the abrasive ferromagnetic powder by the mix of the boron nitride with the iron oxide. It has been indicated that in vitro Surface Roughness more than 75%., (MINITAB"17 software) was utilized to evaluate the influence of the (MAF) technology parameters on the Surface Roughness finish (Ra) of bar brass workpiece.
