| Abstrakt: |
In our article we present an approach to continuously improve the quality of further education programs on academic teaching and, at the same time, ensuring the qualification of those working in the field of educational development at universities. The support measures described include the development of quality criteria, a self-study course for teaching designs, feedback loops in the conception and creation process, and the systematic evaluation of the educational development courses.
