| Abstrakt: |
The secondary use of data concerns the use of data for purposes that are different from the purpose for which data was initially collected. Although data management has long traditions, the problems arising in connection with data reuse are the subject of active research now. The paper discusses basic characteristics of the secondary use of data. Major aspects of data reuse are summarised, and particular obstacles are discussed. Finally, the main steps of an approach that facilitate the management process of data reuse are presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
