Abstrakt: Introduction: The knowledge of skeletal maturation and the stage of the growth of patients seeking orthodontic treatment is of great value in planning efficient orthodontic therapy. However, different craniofacial structures of patients show variation in growth potential. Most of the studies conducted only used parameters such as dental panoramic radiographs and hand-wrist radiographs. Very few studies have also considered lateral cephalogram here. In this study, we are using all the three parameters. Aim: To evaluate the relationship between skeletal maturity and dental calcification stages and to identify the tooth with the highest correlation. Objective: • To evaluate the correlation between skeletal maturity and dental calcification • To identify the tooth with the highest correlation between skeletal maturity and dental calcification. Methodology: Study Design - Pilot study. Study Setting - Sree Anjaneya Institute of Dental Sciences. Sample Size - 12 samples. Results: Results for the study are awaited. Conclusion: Conclusion will be drawn on the basis of results obtained. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
