Abstrakt: A systematic review conducted by researchers at the University of Louisville examined the prevalence of sexual harassment, bullying, abuse, and discrimination in the field of obstetrics and gynecology (OB-GYN). The study found that these behaviors were frequent among OB-GYN clinicians and trainees, with high rates of sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, and bullying reported. Various interventions were studied, but none were found to significantly decrease the frequency of sexual harassment. The researchers concluded that interventions to address these behaviors were not adequately studied and often did not specifically target sexual or other forms of harassment.
