Abstrakt: A researcher at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary has published new data on endometrial cancer, specifically focusing on the possible role of mycotoxins in its development. The study aimed to determine the levels of various mycotoxins in the blood serum and endometrial tissue samples of participants with previously proven endometrial cancer. The research found a significant correlation between higher levels of certain mycotoxins, such as Aflatoxins and zearalenone, and the presence of endometrial cancer. These findings suggest a potential relationship between certain mycotoxins and the development of endometrial cancer, warranting further research in this area. [Extracted from the article]
