Abstrakt: Researchers at the Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology have conducted a study on the use of nanoparticles for wound healing. The study focused on a nanocomposite gel containing chitosan, aloe vera, and zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs). The ZnO NPs were synthesized and characterized, and the gel formulations were tested for antimicrobial properties. The study found that the CS/AV gel-loaded ZnO NPs showed significant effectiveness in wound healing, with positive effects on collagen deposition and epitheliogenesis. Further research is needed to confirm these findings. [Extracted from the article]
