Abstrakt: The authors provide quantitative estimates for the convergence rate of the time-to-failure distribution function to an exponential function in a highly reliable N – 1-out-of-N: G repairable system on the assumption that the uptime intervals of all the alternating renewal processes are exponentially distributed.
