Abstrakt: |
The fuel swelling during normal operation is considered within the framework of first-order phase transition theory. It is shown that the phase transition occurs in the supersaturated solid solution of vacancy-impurity complexes (Xe in a bound state with vacancies) in uranium dioxide. The analysis of fuel swelling and fission gas release from fuel doped with different additives during normal operation was carried out. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
