In this article, the author refers to the Agreement on Friendly Relations and Cooperation between Mongolia and the Russian Federation of 1993, the Ulaanbaatar Declaration of 2000, the Moscow Declaration of 2006, the Declaration on the Development of Strategic Partnership between Mongolia and the Russian Federation of 2009, and "Agreement between Mongolia and Russia on friendly relations and comprehensive strategic partnership" of 2019.
