Today, all important information of individuals and groups, administrative agencies and general corporations, a country and the world is becoming data. Data is more valuable than any asset, and it is becoming important to businesses and individuals. These important data do not end as unified information, but are made into high-value assets and are used in all areas of our lives, such as important marketing, science and technology, and mathematics. To protect such important data, security equipment, methodologies, and processes are being advanced and newly created. One of the ways to efficiently protect important data is to systematically protect important assets by establishing a security control center. In this paper, we will deal with the overall contents of what laws must be followed in order to build a security control center, and the cost, equipment, and manpower that must be considered when building a security control center.
