Abstrakt: A study conducted by Jikei University School of Medicine examined the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and the factors associated with treatment response. The study included 62 patients with insomnia, and the effectiveness of CBT-I was confirmed by comparing pre- and post-therapy sleep parameters. The results showed that several clinico-demographic factors, such as sex and occupation, were significantly associated with the treatment response to CBT-I. These findings suggest that considering these factors is important in the treatment of patients with insomnia. [Extracted from the article]
