Abstrakt: The article discusses the use of rapid deployment (RD) aortic valve prostheses in combination with coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) procedures. The INCA German Registry collected data from 224 patients who underwent these procedures between 2017 and January 2020. The results showed that the use of RD aortic valve prostheses was safe and time-effective, with satisfactory clinical outcomes. However, the pacemaker rate was slightly higher compared to conventional prostheses, although it did not have a significant clinical effect in the 3-year follow-up. [Extracted from the article]
