This article discusses the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in complaint management systems, specifically in educational institutions. The research aims to design and implement an improved system that can evaluate the impact of RPA on the complaint-handling process in a school complaint portal. By implementing RPA, administrators can optimize efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the complaint resolution process, ultimately enhancing staff experiences. The article provides an overview of RPA and its potential benefits in educational institutions, and includes a methodology section explaining the use of UiPath, an AI application, to automate processes in the student registration system and complaint management system.
